
The old site
CADA's existing website suffered from an overloaded home page—too many options made it harder, not easier, for members to find information. Navigation was confusing and the overall design didn't convey the spirit of the organization.
Understanding the content
We conducted a content inventory and created a new site map that clearly differentiated between public content and resources intended only for members.
Teamwork
We made sure to involve the client's development team early in the process to avoid designing functionality the system couldn't support. Our deliverables included a complete set of button states and a typographic style sheet.
Detailed roadmap
Detailed wireframes provided a roadmap for content and functionality and helped both the client and the developers understand where the design was going.
The final product
Apt Media's final design leverages CADA's lively photography and conveys the fun-loving spirit of its members. Navigation is clearly signposted and important information, such as membership renewal, is easy to locate. Visit the live site »
