We knew this DIY environmental project guide had to be both cool and useful. We started with rounded covers and dividers that carry the earth theme all the way through the book.
The print guide uses recycled paper and soy inks. The divider sections, each with a different abstract design representing sun, air, water, etc., are printed on a matching green stock.
Meant to appeal to youth, the design is funky but still highly readable. Apt's work for this project included a companion website (no longer active) that allowed kids to search for projects and upload their own ideas.
